Every LEGO Technic set you can save money on by pre-ordering now

Zavvi is offering the very first chance to save on LEGO sets launching next month, before they even hit shelves – including a number of exciting LEGO Technic models.

March is going to be a big month for LEGO Technic fans – and especially if that crosses over with Formula 1. There are two versions of the same car to suit every price point in 42165 Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E Performance Pull-Back and 42171 Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E Performance. The former would usually set you back £20.99 and the latter £189.99 if you pre-order at LEGO.com or wait to buy when it comes out on March 1, but you can save 5% on both of the sets by pre-ordering at Zavvi right now and using the code PREORDER5 at checkout. That brings the price down to £19.99 and £180.49 respectively.

This discount applies to all pre-ordered LEGO sets, meaning you can also save on LEGO Technic 42170 Kawasaki Ninja H2R, another set joining the theme in March. The 5% discount on the motorbike set brings the price down to just £66.49.

The discounts may not be massive but it’s the first chance to save on these sets before they’re even on the market. Head to Zavvi to see all of the pre-ordered sets available and be sure to use the code PREORDER5 to save on all of them. Note that they still won’t ship until their release on March 1, but you’ll also bag free delivery to have them sent straight to your door at the beginning of the month by shopping with Zavvi.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
