LEGO Monkie Kid is back for 2021 with eight new sets that are now finding their way onto store shelves, just in time for the start of the lunar new year, here’s everything you can expect to find.

The legendary tales of the Monkie Kid continue in 2021 as a flurry of new models is releasing today. Part of the wave includes some great options for people who have yet to dive into this relatively fresh theme, including a new accessory pack.

There are two sets in the new range that might be especially interesting for those who are unfamiliar with this theme, first introduced in 2020. 80018 Monkie Kid’s Cloud Bike is the cheapest model in both the 2020 and 2021 waves, yet still provides a good introduction to Monkie Kid with an exclusive villain minifigure and the titular character himself.

If you’re looking for something even more affordable, then Monkie Kid’s first accessory pack, 40472 Monkie Kid’s RC Race includes exclusive minifigures, and a great way to catch up on some of the new parts from the 2020 collection of sets. the included miniature models even reference the first wave of builds, but the big draw for many will be the new torso designs that can only be found in this set.
