Final LEGO VIP collectible coin release date announced
The LEGO Group has announced the release date of the fifth and final LEGO VIP collectible coin in the VIP newsletter.
Most of the other coins were available for VIPs on the first of the month, but the last one in the line is due to drop on May 20. This is probably to avoid clashing with the May the Fourth promotions at the beginning of this month, making it more likely that people were able to access the Rewards Centre and pick up the final coin to complete their collection.
Even if you have missed out on any of the five collectibles so far, the LEGO Group has said that they will be back later in the year, so your chance to have a full set isn’t over yet. We will of course let you know when they’re back in the Rewards Centre for you to pick up, but if the fifth one is the last you need, make sure you’re ready to go on May 20.
If this is the same as previous coins, you’ll need to spend 1,150 points to pick up the speciality item, stamped with the LEGO logo on one side and the LEGO VIP logo on the other.
