First look at LEGO Minecraft 2026 sets in-person

The eight new LEGO Minecraft January 2026 sets are being shown off at EGX and MCM Comic Con, revealing play features and more details.

LEGO Minecraft's first 2026 sets were revealed earlier today, and it has now been revealed that these were the product reveals at EGX and MCM Comic Con. Following the unveiling of the models earlier today, they've been on display at the booth, and Game Central had the chance to get a full in-person look at each of them.

They've shared footage of the eight sets on their TikTok account, offering excited fans a closer look at the minifigures and play features, as well as those new elements.

It's similar to what the LEGO Group did with the 2026 Batmobiles and Batman logo at New York Comic Con earlier this month, and will help to tide enthusiasts over until January 2026. The Wither summoning function in 21590 Wither Battle looks to be the most action-packed element in the eight sets, and you might notice that the full build resembles a giant Wither lying down.

Those in attendance at EGX and MCM Comic Con this weekend can see these and other LEGO sets on display at the LEGO Group's booth, and don't miss the chance to play the demo for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. The eight LEGO Minecraft sets showcased earlier today will launch on January 1, 2026.
