Free LEGO polybag promotion starts at LEGO.com today

From today through next week, you can choose one of two free polybags with qualifying purchases at LEGO.com.

A £40 / $40 / €40 spend across all products online or in-store will allow you to pick between LEGO CITY 30568 Skater and LEGO Friends 30414 Emma’s Magical Box, both of which are brand new polybags for 2021.

If you’re shopping at LEGO.com, you’ll need to enter a code for one of the two polybags at checkout. If you’re after 30568 Skater, type in SK11; if you’d prefer 30414 Emma’s Magical Box, it’s MG11. The terms and conditions suggest it’s ‘one set per household’, which means subsequent orders to nab both polybags may be cancelled.

Whichever one you choose, you’ll end up with a character – either a minifigure or mini-doll – and a tiny build, as per the usual polybag format. Neither of these polys are likely to spur a purchase all on their own, but they’re a great bonus in what’s already basically the best time to shop at LEGO.com, thanks to the current double VIP points promo.

These polys will also stack with 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute, which is currently free with a $150 spend in the US, and 40486 Adidas Originals Superstar, which can be had with any order above £95 / $85 / €95.

Essentially: buying any single $150+ set in the US right now will earn you a lot of free LEGO loot. You’ve got until July 25 (or while stocks last) to nab the polybags, while double VIP points runs through July 18.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
