There’s a Guardian of the Galaxy in the next LEGO Marvel magazine
The Guardians of the Galaxy are up next in the LEGO Marvel Magazine, just in time for the third film and 76249 Venomised Groot.
Worldsofclonerus on Instagram has picked up issue 18 of the LEGO Marvel magazine and showcased what’s next for the regular superhero gifts. Just as he appears in 76231 Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Calendar, Groot is the next gift with a pair of vines.
It’s a good opportunity for those who didn’t get 76231 Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Calendar or are struggling to find the set as it is now retired worldwide.
As well as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, this minifigure times well with the upcoming release of 76249 Venomised Groot on August 1. Groot and the rest of the guardians appear to be a focus of the LEGO Marvel design team at present.
The magazine does not suggest when Groot will be offered as part of issue 19, but the magazine tends to release each month, with some exceptions. Expect the next issue with Groot in either June or July, unless this is one of those exceptions.
