Happy Christmas from Brick Fanatics

Happy holidays from everyone at Brick Fanatics!

The Brick Fanatics team is temporarily downing tools for Christmas, so we’d like to wish all our readers another safe and happy holiday season. We say safe, because while we’ve seen some return to normality over the past few months, we’re not out of the woods just yet.

It’s been another challenging year for many of us – but things are starting to turn around, so we’re heading into 2022 with fresh optimism for what lies ahead.

And through it all, we’re still grateful for (and humbled by!) the support you’ve shown us, whether on the site, our social platforms or through signing up to our newsletter. LEGO has once again been a source of constant and consistent escapism in 2021, and one we’ve all sorely needed at times.

The good news is that it’s not going anywhere any time soon, and we already know there’s plenty to look forward to in 2022. We’ve got some cool content lined up over the next few days, including more from our Year in Review series – check that out here if you haven’t already – and a couple of reviews of early contenders for the eventual best of 2022 list.

Check back on Boxing Day (December 26) for those. We’ll be back with all of our usual in-depth reporting from December 27.

Until then, look after yourselves, enjoy the break if you’re having one, and Merry Christmas!

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
