John Lewis discounts exclusive LEGO sets in Black Friday sale
John Lewis has launched a brand new LEGO Black Friday sale, with tempting discounts on LEGO sets sold exclusively through the third-party retailer.
The online retailer’s latest deals include 25% discounts on a huge range of LEGO Star Wars, Icons, Harry Potter and Architecture sets – among others – with a number of exclusive products knocked down in price, such as 21056 Taj Mahal, 76392 Hogwarts Wizard’s Chess and 76177 Battle at the Ancient Village.

Last year’s sole LEGO Architecture set, 21056 Taj Mahal is a 2,022-piece tribute to the iconic mausoleum, downsizing the LEGO Group’s massive 10256 Taj Mahal for a more concise – and therefore less repetitive – building experience. Normally retailing for £104.99 in the UK, it’s currently available with a rare discount at John Lewis, coming down to just £78.74.
If your budget for Black Friday is a little lower than usual – and with one eye on, well, everything, nobody could blame you – there’s also 76177 Battle at the Ancient Village, a LEGO Marvel set based on Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Another John Lewis exclusive that’s retiring in 2022, the £34.99 set is discounted to £26.24.
76392 Hogwarts Wizard’s Chess, meanwhile, is marked down to £44.99 from its retail price of £59.99. Given it’s only available through LEGO.com or at John Lewis – and is retiring this year – this is possibly your last chance to score a deal on the LEGO Harry Potter 20th anniversary set. If you’re collecting the theme’s golden minifigures, you won’t want to let its exclusive Professor Snape pass by. It’s out of stock at the time of writing, but keep an eye on the product page to see if it comes back.
A decent selection of other LEGO sets are also currently available for up to 25% off. Check out the highlights below, or head over to John Lewis to see them all.

Author Profile
- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
