60302 Wildlife Rescue Operation is one of the larger sets in the Wildlife Rescue product collection. It includes a mix of natural terrain and human vehicles, offering plenty of play potential. The savannah includes a stretch of water, a crocodile nest and a collapsible tree as well as two elephants, a crocodile and a pair of monkeys.

To keep the animals safe from harm a tracked vehicle, a rescue helicopter and a vet’s station can also be found here. The tracked vehicle has an attachment point for a chain on its front, while the helicopter can lower a winch. The vet’s station includes vital medical equipment such as a microscope, cupboards with medical equipment and – of course – a crate filled with bananas. Four minifigures are included to interact with these builds.

In short, this is an excellent addition to any LEGO collection – particularly at this new price. That price may be a reflection of the set’s increasingly short shelf life.
