LEGO Ideas 21341 Hocus Pocus fan designer showcases tricks

It’s the season of tricks and LEGO Ideas 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage‘s fan designer is getting in the spirit.

Amber Veyt, the mind behind the project that has inspired the recent 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage LEGO Ideas set, has decided to use the model to show off some camera tricks in a suitably spooky video.

The LEGO Ideas team showcased the video on social media – it makes use of perspective, lighting and more within a stop-motion setting for a homage to the iconic Disney movie.

The animation is a collaboration between LEGO Ideas 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage fan designer Amber Veyt and their sister, Zara Veyt, the latter of which worked on the music while the former handled the footage and animation.

With no specific LEGO Halloween set for 2023, sets such as 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage are handily filling in the gap. 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage is available now for £199.99 / $229.99 / €229.99, featuring many exclusive minifigures and pieces. LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
