LEGO 40337 Gingerbread House promo details revealed

The qualifying purchase threshold for the LEGO Christmas promo set 40337 Gingerbread House has been revealed by a press release for Birmingham’s new LEGO Store.

The Gingerbread House was first revealed by Brick and Bricks on Facebook back in October. Since then, we’ve been waiting to find out how to acquire the miniature version of this year’s Winter Village set, 10267 Gingerbread House.

LEGO UK yesterday revealed the opening date for the new Birmingham Bullring and Grand Central store, along with details of its grand opening event. From December 12-15, a purchase of £100 will qualify for a free copy of 40337 Gingerbread House. You don’t need to be a detective to figure out what that means for the wider promo.

While there’s no confirmation yet on when exactly 40337 Gingerbread House will be available in December, you’ll likely need to spend £100 to qualify for it in the UK. That means purchasing 10267 Gingerbread House alone won’t be enough, as that set costs just £84.99. Fortunately, finding more LEGO sets to buy doesn’t seem like the kind of thing that should trouble most fans.

If you’re looking for a more immediate gift-with-purchase, 30434 Reindeer is currently free with a £35 spend on absolutely anything at LEGO.com.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
