LEGO Batman 8-in-1 figure rumoured for summer 2024
More LEGO superhero set rumours have surfaced, including one of the most diverse Batman figures yet and a new Iron Man BrickHeadz.
Instagram user 1414falconfan is reporting that an 8-in-1 buildable figure is coming later this year, greatly expanding the boundaries of official LEGO alternate builds. 40748 Batman 8-in-1 Figure is believed to be made up of 325 pieces and be released in July. Take all rumours with caution but for comparison, 76259 Batman Construction Figure has 275 pieces but has no alternate build, never mind seven of them.
LEGO Creator 3-in-1 models have the option to rebuild the model into one of two alternate builds and it seems likely that the 8-in-1 in 40748 Batman 8-in-1 Figure is referring to seven other alternate builds, though it could mean something else.
As well as the rumoured Batman figure, it’s reported that a pair of new superhero BrickHeadz are coming at some point in 2024 including 40669 Iron Man Mark 5 BrickHeadz with 101 pieces in July and a mystery BrickHeadz with 202 pieces for an unknown date.
We’ve not had a new Iron Man BrickHeadz since 41590 Iron Man in 2017, which depicted the Mark 46 armour. The Mark 5 armour features a silver and red design and it comes from Iron Man 2.
Many more BrickHeadz are currently rumoured for later this year and quite a few have been officially confirmed too.
