50% off retiring sets in LEGO.com clearance sale
The LEGO Group has launched a new clearance sale at the official online store, with up to 50% off remaining stock of retiring sets – including Marvel, Disney, Ideas and more.
Presumably in an effort to clear space in its warehouses, the LEGO Group is offering some of the deepest discounts we’ve seen on regular sets at LEGO.com in a long while. You can currently save up to 50% on an eclectic range of sets, books, gear and more, but only while stocks last. Some sets – including 75308 R2-D2, marked down from £209.99 to £104.99 in the UK – have already sold out.
The best deals can be found in the UK and Europe (there’s a sale on in the US too, but nothing’s quite 50% off), where you can buy 21339 BTS Dynamite, 76232 The Hoopty, 43224 King Magnifico’s Castle, 60428 Space Construction Mech and more all for half price. These prices will only be available while stocks last. All orders will qualify for Insiders points as usual, equivalent to an extra 5% cashback on top of the discounted sale price, while 30701 Field Flowers is still free with all orders above £35 / $40 / €40 until the end of today (February 7) only.
It’s worth noting that 75308 R2-D2 is only listed as ‘temporarily out of stock’ in the UK, by the way, so there’s a tiny chance it could come back at 50% off… but don’t hold your breath.
