LEGO Creator Expert 10260 Downtown Diner to be retired

The next modular building set expected to be retired is LEGO Creator Expert 10260 Downtown Diner.

A list of LEGO sets retiring in 2020 includes LEGO Creator Expert 10260 Downtown Diner, the modular that captures a taste of 1950s America. Stone Wars has shared sets that are expected to retire before the end of the year, with the 2,480 piece model one of them.

The set features a 1950s-style diner with bar stools, a jukebox, classic counter and a kitchen. Elsewhere in the building, there is a boxing gym with boxing ring, punching bag and weight training room, along with a recording studio featuring a vocal booth, a mixing desk and a refreshments cabinet.

Each year LEGO sets are discontinued to make space for the new releases. A new modular building is expected in January, so fans who do not yet own this particular release may want to push it up their wishlist.

Four further Creator Expert sets are also due to be discontinued; 10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper Van, 10252 Volkswagen Beetle, 10256 Taj Mahal and 10263 Winter Village Fire Station.
