LEGO DC Super Heroes Justice League sets revealed

A German product catalogue has provided images of the LEGO DC Super Heroes sets that will be released to tie into the next DC movie from Warner Bros., Justice League.

Promo Bricks has shared images of the sets that will launch in August, three months ahead of the release of Justice League – the follow up to Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Wonder Woman. The characters that make up the super-group are spread across three sets.

76086 Knightcrawler Tunnel Attack, €49.99 / $49.99

76087 Flying Fox: Batmobile Attack,  €119.99 / $129.99

Once again, it’s just the three movie based sets unless an exclusive or two sneak into stores. With all of the super hero movies being released by DC and Marvel each year, plus the LEGO Group’s fondness for releasing sets inspired by comic book material, it is perhaps unsurprising that each release can only be supported by a few sets.

The movie’s plot synopsis from Warner Bros. reads as follows:

In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

UK prices have yet to be shared. The LEGO range will be available from August, Justice League is due for release on November 17.
