LEGO Harry Potter’s room of requirement gets major upgrade in 2023

There’s a new LEGO Harry Potter Room of Requirement build on the way in 2023, though it’s not the first time it’s had a set, offering an upgrade. 

Based on The Deathly Hallows Part 2 and as part of the LEGO Harry potter 2023 selection coming in March, 76413 Hogwarts: Room of Requirement is a lot bigger than the first Room of Requirement creation released in 2020 – 75966 Hogwarts Room of Requirement.

It should be noted that the original creation was based on the Order of Pheonix film but either way, the newer model is far more expansive (and expensive) than the 2020 set.

Featuring 587 pieces, it’s the biggest LEGO Harry Potter model of 2023 so far and the only prominent feature between it and the first set is the hidden door.

The 2023 build can fully connect to the modular Hogwarts display that has been growing in recent years, though the original did have some Technic connection points. 

75966 Hogwarts Room of Requirement isn’t the only LEGO set to be receiving a major upgrade in 2023 with one of the first LEGO Marvel creations also up for a makeover.
