LEGO House teasing next major addition to attraction
The team at the LEGO House are getting ready for the latest addition to the Billund attraction, teasing a huge expansion coming soon.
The LEGO House Instagram account has shared a first teaser for the next addition to the attraction, and a sign on the construction wall confirms that further news will be shared on the Instagram account in due course.
As spotted in the background of Block Party‘s recent LEGO House video, the expansion will be located on the ground floor of the attraction and appears to take up a significant section opposite the Brickaccino café.
There’s no indication of what the expansion will include, but comments on Instagram are hoping for a bigger LEGO Store, an upgraded minifigure factory with more customisation and a new experience zone. The current LEGO Store minifigure factories only offer customisation of a standard white torso with yellow hands and a variety of additional parts to pick through.
An opening date or even a reveal date for the new area has not been confirmed at the time of writing, but LEGO teasers usually come a week or two before the announcement. Stay tuned for any updates as we receive them.
