LEGO Icons 10355 Blacktron Renegade officially revealed

Blast into the past with the newly revealed LEGO Icons 10355 Blacktron Renegade, returning to well-loved retro LEGO sets from the ’80s.

10355 Blacktron Renegade has been officially revealed by the LEGO Group, recreating not one but two classic ’80s LEGO sets, 1988’s 6876 Alienator and 1987’s 6954 Renegade. Priced at £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 for 1,151 pieces, it will be available online and in LEGO stores from January 1.

Long-term LEGO fans will recognise the iconic Blacktron colour scheme. The Renegade version of 10355 Blacktron Renegade features a planet-rover drop pod, landing gear and two wing-mounted space speeders. To pilot this ship, you’ll also get three Blacktron minifigures, as well as an accompanying droid figure.

While the rough shape and characteristics of both 6876 Alienator and 6954 Renegade remain, the much larger piece count and modern building techniques mean that both build options of the 2025 LEGO Icons set offer much more detail. The ship is reportedly modular too for easy rebuilding and comes complete with a side build for interactive play.

You’ll be able to pick up 10355 Blackton Renegade for yourself from January 1 if you’re a LEGO Insiders member and from January 4 for everyone else, retailing at £89.99 in the UK, $99.99 in the US, and €99.99 in Europe for 1,151 pieces.
