LEGO Icons 10320 Eldorado Fortress officially revealed

A remake of the iconic 6276 Eldorado Fortress has now been officially confirmed as part of the LEGO Icons theme.

The LEGO Group has officially revealed images and details of the upcoming LEGO Icons 10320 Eldorado Fortress. At 2,509 pieces, the upcoming set appears to be of a similar scale to 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay’s 2,545 pieces and roughly five times the piece count of the original 6276 (at 506 pieces). This means that, as anticipated, 10320 will be an ideal partner to display alongside 21322.

Within this mighty piece count is, of course, the white-brick fortress itself, as well as working cannons, eight minifigures and a pirate galleon with printed fabric sails. Inside the fortress, you’ll also find a number of rooms, including an admiral’s office, a prison, and various hidden rooms to confuse intruders.

Overall, 10320 Eldorado Fortress stays pretty close to the original, while still modernising the build to bring it up to date for 2023, through converting the moulded base to a brick-built one, for example. The similar features of a working crane and tropical trees evoke the same rocky island atmosphere, but with more detail given to the overall set, from the stone entrance road to the flags on top of the fortress.

LEGO Icons 10320 Eldorado Fortress will be available to buy from July 7 for everyone, retailing for £189.99 / $214.99 / €214.99.
