LEGO Icons The Shire designer signing event re-confirmed

The designer signing event for LEGO Icons 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire has been confirmed for London next week, again.

You might want to consider planning a trip to London next Saturday, as the LEGO Group has confirmed that the Leicester Square flagship store will be hosting the designer signing for 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire.

Kenyon Andrew Brady is the LEGO designer behind 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire and will be signing up to three copies of the next LEGO The Lord of the Rings set per person between 10:00am to 12:00pm. This may be limited by stock levels, and we’d recommend arriving early at the Leicester Square store for anyone who’d like to meet Kenyon.

These details may seem familiar as the LEGO Group has only re-confirmed the details that went live earlier this month, offering a first look at the next LEGO The Lord of the Rings set.

Now that the story has come full circle, this appears to be Kenyon’s third LEGO set as an official LEGO designer, according to his list on Brickset. His previous experiences include creating 10328 Bouquet of Roses and 10340 Wreath, revealing a distinct nature theme in his sets so far.

10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire will be available to purchase from April 2 for LEGO Insiders and April 5 for everyone else, and early adopters will receive 40761 The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol and Déagol for free until April 8, or while stocks last.

Those planning on attending the designer signing will need to wait until the LEGO Insiders early access has passed, and risk the gift-with-purchase selling out. Thankfully, this means you don’t need to be a LEGO Insiders member to have your copy signed come April 5.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
