LEGO Ideas fan vote open for Test Lab Pick-a-Brick challenge

Fans can now vote for their favourite entries in the LEGO Ideas Pick-a-Brick challenge.

After the announcement about the challenge to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the LEGO minifigure, almost 300 entries were submitted for consideration. From space-themed minifigure displays to containment tubes and fountains, there’s a whole display of creativity among the entries.

The original specifications included that the displays needed to display at least four minifigures, aim to have a mix of both minifigures and mini-dolls, and be between 150 and 200 elements.

LEGO Ideas Test Lab is an experimental platform launched in 2017 to allow the LEGO Group to “test new features, functionality, designs and experiences destined for LEGO Ideas.”

While the fan votes won’t actually determine the winner of the competition, the LEGO Group has stated that the votes will help their expert reviewers in the decision-making process on which entries should continue being considered.

The fan vote is only open until June 8, giving fans just 13 days from today to get their vote in – although we don't know exactly what time the vote closes. With so many creative proposals, being able to set the display to ‘random’ gives fans an opportunity to view a good mix of the older and newer entries. Click here to vote for your favourite.
