LEGO Jurassic World: Double Trouble special coming soon

Next week will see the debut of a new LEGO Jurassic World animated special titled Double Trouble.

LEGO Jurassic World: Double Trouble will be the latest animated special to support the movie franchise inspired theme, offering another prequel to 2015’s Jurassic World. In the special, Cedric Masrani will join his brother Simon in running Jurassic World, with the pair’s fractious relationship reflected by the two Indominus Rex babies that Dr Wu hatches.

Collect Jurassic shares news of the animated two-parter’s trailer:

It will be up the two brothers along with Owen and Claire to track down the escaped baby dinosaurs and, as usual, avert disaster on the Jurassic World island. From what the trailer shows, it seems there will be plenty of other dino mayhem to copmplicate things.

Part 1 will air on Nickelodeon in the USA on August 23 at 9.00am, with Part 2 in the same timeslot the following week.

Four new sets recently launched in the LEGO Jurassic World theme:

75940 Gallimimus and Pteranodon Breakout
75942 Velociraptor: Biplane Rescue Mission
75941 Indominus Rex vs. Ankylosaurus
75939 Dr. Wu’s Lab: Baby Dinosaurs Breakout
