LEGO Jurassic World: Rebirth set prices increased in the US

A quartet of LEGO Jurassic World: Rebirth sets have increased in price in the US following the announcement of tariffs on Danish products.

The four LEGO Jurassic World: Rebirth sets that were not yet available to pre-order have increased in price in the US, shifting as much as $10 after President Donald Trump’s proposed new US tariffs on items from Denmark.

Only 76974 Brick-Built Mosasaurus Boat Mission and 76975 T. rex River Escape have escaped the price increases, likely as they have been available for pre-order for a couple of weeks, and the LEGO Group are honouring their original prices to be fair to those who have pre-ordered and those who are waiting alike.

You can see a summary of the price increases in the following table.

LEGO Jurassic World: Rebirth setPrevious US priceNew US price
76960 Brachiosaurus Discovery$24.99$27.99
76972 Raptor Off-Road Escape$34.99$39.99
76973 Raptor & Titanosaurus Tracking Mission$99.99$109.99
76976 Spinosaurus & Quetzalcoatlus Air Mission$149.99$159.99

It has not been confirmed that these price increases are linked to the threat of new tariffs in the US, and recent quotes from the LEGO Group’s CEO indicate that these price increases are not linked to the tariffs.

“At this point in time, there are no tariffs,” Niels B. Christiansen told AFP. “If they would come in and we would deem that they would be more of a permanent nature, then I think we will also find ways to deal with that.”

The tariff on products from Fenmark has not yet been implemented and has only been proposed at the time of writing, though perhaps the LEGO Group are preparing for the worst. Alternatively, they may simply be adjusting the prices based on perceived demand. Here are all the confirmed LEGO Jurassic World sets for 2025 so far.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
