LEGO Lunar New Year gift-with-purchase is back on LEGO.com

After suddenly disappearing for a day, one of the LEGO Lunar New Year gifts-with-purchases is back on the official online store.

The selection of LEGO gifts on offer with qualifying purchases on the official online store changed earlier this week when 40605 Lunar New Year VIP Add-On Pack was no longer being offered alongside 40611 Year of the Dragon in Europe. In the UK, the dragon gift had sold out but not the bag of bricks.

Thankfully for those in the UK, 40611 Year of the Dragon is being offered again with purchases of £50 / €50 despite it still not being advertised on the official online store. The polybag has not returned to Europe at the time of writing, though this may change before the deal ends on an unknown date.

For 40611 Year of the Dragon, you’ve got until January 31 to qualify for the gift-with-purchase via orders of £75 / $85 / €85 or more. For those with multiple copies of 40605 Lunar New Year VIP Add-On Pack spare after its debut in January 2023, Rebrickable user mattking4 has a few suggested builds using parts from the add-on pack, showcasing what pieces are included

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
