Compared to other themes, LEGO Marvel could be getting even more experimental with its advent calendars according to a new rumour.
The latest rumours for LEGO Marvel suggest that a new kind of advent calendar could be swinging onto shelves later in 2024. While official details have yet to be confirmed for LEGO Marvel for the rest of the year, a new rumour from Instagram user brick_clicker and relayed by itavixbrix states that 76293 Spider-Man Advent Calendar is on the way.
Ever since LEGO Marvel joined the annual line-up in 2021 when it shook up a regular selection of advent calendars that had remained unchanged for a few years. The first edition of the advent was inspired by Marvel in general with some connections to the Marvel Cinematic Universe but using the non-movie model branding.

From overall Marvel comics to Guardians of the Galaxy to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it's been a varied theme for LEGO advent calendars so far and rumour has it that isn't stopping. 76293 Spider-Man Advent Calendar is believed to be based on Spider-Man with minifigures of Spider-Man, Ghost Spider, Venom, Miles Morales, and the Green Goblin as well as a Spider-Ham snowman (or snowpig).
That would be the fourth different LEGO Marvel advent calendar in four years, quickly proving that LEGO Marvel deserves its place in the annual LEGO advent calendar line-up. While other themes including City, Harry Potter and Friends explore different topics, they don't quite have the same opportunity to represent wildly different areas of the property as there is with Marvel.
