LEGO Marvel's mini modulars to expand beyond Spider-Man

LEGO Marvel's collection of mini modular sets is due to expand again later this year, marking the first time since 2025 that it moves away from Spider-Man.

Of the five LEGO Marvel Avengers: Doomsday sets announced yesterday, three are part of existing collections. 76345 Doctor Doom Bust belongs in the bust range, 76348 Epic Battle: Avengers: Doomsday is part of the more limited Epic Battle builds and 76352 Avengers Doomsday: New Avengers Tower is our latest LEGO Marvel mini modular.

The array of Marvel models that form a street has spanned comics and movies, but only those related to Spider-Man, until now. 76352 Avengers Doomsday: New Avengers Tower marks the sixth set in the street and the first with nothing to do with Spider-Man.

It's a big move for the range, while also bringing in one of the more recognisable Marvel buildings into the street. Here's a look at how the collection has shaped up since 2025.

2025

The LEGO Marvel mini modular range started in 2025 with three sets. It all began in January with 76311 Miles Morales vs. the Spot, based on the Spider-Verse movies and with no official mention of a larger collection at the time. Its exposed studs and Technic connection points suggested that it was part of something bigger, though.

The modular collection continued in 76317 Peter Parker's Apartment, to be placed on top of the bodega, and 76324 Spider-Man vs. Oscorp, with three more buildings to add to the street. 2025 saw a split of two comic-based sets and one movie-inspired model, but that was to be flipped the next year.

2026

This year has seen three more Marvel buildings join the range. This started with 76342 Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle in January, replacing the bigger Daily Bugle modular. It acts as the only comic-inspired mini modular for the year.

June saw the launch of multiple sets based on Spider-Man: Brand New Day, including 76350 Spider-Man vs. Hulk Epic Clash. The modules in this set consist of the Department of Damage Control's headquarters and a small park. It's the first model based on the MCU in the range, but not the only one.

The latest building for this year is another movie-inspired set. 76352 Avengers Doomsday: New Avengers Tower is oddly not due to replace 76269 Avengers Tower, but offers a much smaller take on the skyscraper with its updated New Avengers design. It can be freely connected to the other buildings in the street. With one open wall and its standalone appearance, it's going to look more out of place than the rest.

All of the buildings mentioned are available now, save for 76352 Avengers Doomsday: New Avengers Tower, which launches on October 4 alongside the rest of Doomsday's minifigure builds.
