LEGO Marvel Spider-Verse book minifigure revealed

The upcoming LEGO Marvel Spider-Verse book’s exclusive minifigure has been revealed, bringing another classic comic outfit to the world of LEGO.

After its reveal late last year, the LEGO Marvel Spider-Man: Explore the Spider-Verse book coming to shelves on May 1 or June 10 in the US has received an updated listing on Amazon, which has revealed the exclusive minifigure, misprints and all. The book will cost £12.99 / $16.99 and feature 64 pages of facts from throughout the LEGO Spider-Verse.

Most importantly for collectors, the Spider-Man minifigure in this book has been showcased with a dedicated image in the listing, but this isn’t an entirely correct design, thanks to at least one misprinted part.

While the minifigure on the listing has a misprinted head, it’s still recognisable as the outfit from Spider-Man #21 in 1992, where Cyborg X saved Spider-Man, giving him cybernetic enhancements. This costume also recently appeared in the Marvel’s Spider-Man video game, from which you might recognise it. In the recent game, it’s called the Cyborg Spider-Man suit, which is fitting.

It’s a great Spider-Man minifigure that seems likely to be highly coveted when the book releases in May or June in the US. Pre-orders are open now and you can place your order by clicking here.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
