LEGO mashes up Disney Pixar’s Cars 3 and BBC’s Top Gear
The LEGO Group, Disney Pixar and the BBC have teamed up to produce a brief Cars 3 – Top Gear mash up animation.
Just in time for the release of Incredibles 2, the LEGO Group have participated in a bizarre link up with Disney Pixar and the BBC. The three brands have combined their properties in order to produce a short animated YouTube video that sees LEGO Lightning McQueen, Mater and Cruz Ramirez visit the Top Gear race track and compete with a LEGO Cars Stig.
There is probably a reason for the existence of this little slice of animation – it may be that the LEGO Group wanted to promote sets that have been on the shelf already for 12 months, despite having just launched new sets based on the Disney Pixar movie that is actually new – Incredibles 2.
LEGO Juniors sets, including those based on Cars 3 and Incredibles 2, are available now at [geot exclude_country=”United States”]shop.LEGO.com[/geot][geot country=”United States”]shop.LEGO.com[/geot].
