LEGO MASTERS Academy opens today at LEGO House

LEGO House’s new LEGO MASTERS immersive experience is now open for guests, with two different tiers of building activities on offer.

LEGO MASTERS Academy brings the vibe of the TV series to the LEGO House, complete with a studio-style setting inspired by the competitive building show. Guests will be offered the chance to learn building techniques used by LEGO designers and LEGO MASTERS contestants across several different ‘difficulty’ levels. Levels 2 and 3 are available at launch, while 1 and 4 will follow in 2026.

Level 2 is suitable for kids aged 5+, and offers a more playful, collaborative session for families. Level 3 kicks things up a notch with a session recommended for kids aged 10+, which will introduce more complex building techniques and details. Examples given in the press release for the new experience include SNOT (studs not on top) building and greebling.

LEGO MASTERS Academy is a separate ticketed experience at the LEGO House in Billund. Prices and experience duration are outlined in the table below. Limited sessions are available each week, so booking ahead is advised.

“LEGO House was built to celebrate the fans whose creativity has shaped the LEGO brand,” said LEGO House Managing Director Kathrine Kirk Muff. “Within the LEGO Masters Academy, we continue that mission – inspiring the master builders of tomorrow by sparking imagination and equipping them with new building skills they can take home. Our hope is that every visitor leaves inspired, confident, and ready to build in new ways they never imagined before.”

If you’re planning on making a trip to the LEGO House in the next month or so, you’ll be able to check out a variety of LEGO MASTERS-related displays and activities. Christopher and Robert’s series-winning World Wonderliner build is on display in the LEGO Square until October 26, for instance, while you can build a trophy inspired by LEGO MASTERS in the Creative Lab until November 3.

The LEGO Store within the LEGO House is also running a make and take event for a buildable LEGO MASTERS logo across three days in September, but one of those days is today, so this is probably only relevant if you’ve already booked tickets. If you have, check out the details in the table below…
