The latest batch of new LEGO elements to hit Pick a Brick are already selling out, and no prizes for guessing which have been the first to go…
Hundreds of new pieces are landing on Pick a Brick this week (unless you’re in North America, in which case they’re arriving at some currently undetermined date), and there are some gems in there that were always going to be popular. See exhibit A, the dark blue Classic Space helmet and air tanks, which debuted in a summer DREAMZzz set and dropped on Pick a Brick yesterday.
The helmet currently remains available to purchase, at least in the UK, but not so for the oxygen tanks. While they’re still available in black, white, blue, orange and yellow, the listing for dark blue (or ‘Earth Blue’ as it’s known on Pick a Brick) has vanished altogether. If you had them in your bag (as I did) and had not yet checked out (as I hadn’t) you’ll notice they’re now no longer there.
It’s the same story for LEGO City’s new pigeons, which were very briefly available for £1.12 apiece and have now flown the coop. That’s not to say either of these elements are gone for good: they’ll doubtless be back at some stage, but if you were hoping to get your hands on them sooner rather than later you’re out of luck for now.
The good news is that there are still plenty of new pieces in stock and available now, including the arctic fox from this summer’s City range (though it is priced at an egregious £11.12 in the UK), the printed face and chest tiles from 40767 Up-Scaled Baby Astronaut, the printed 2x2 ‘10’ coin from 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine, and Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson’s hats.
Click through to Pick a Brick to check out the full selection of new pieces, and don’t forget that thousands of elements are also leaving the service in 2025, so now is the time to jump on those.
