LEGO Pop Up Book to be next Ideas set

The LEGO Ideas team has just announced that the Pop Up Book will be an upcoming set in the fan inspired theme.

On the LEGO Ideas blog, the LEGO Ideas team announced the results of the this 2017 review period. The selected project, that will be released later this year as an official LEGO set, is the Pop Up Book. It is a collaborative project by Jason Allemann and Grant Davis.

This project will now be turned into an official LEGO set by designers at the company’s headquarters in Billund.

The Pop Up Book continues a tradition of the LEGO Ideas theme selecting projects that may otherwise not make into the LEGO range, following sets such as 21301 Birds and 21313 Ship in a Bottle.

Jason’s name may be familiar to LEGO Ideas fans as one of his previous projects was released as an official set – 21305 Maze.

The current LEGO Ideas sets are available from shop.LEGO.com.
