LEGO Star Wars 75351 Princess Leia (Boushh) Helmet is still cheaper than the minifigure
LEGO Star Wars 75351 Princess Leia (Boushh) Helmet may seem expensive for what you get in the box, but look on the bright side: it’s still cheaper than a Boushh minifigure.
75351 Princess Leia (Boushh) Helmet is one of three LEGO Star Wars helmets arriving on March 1 – alongside 75349 Captain Rex Helmet and 75350 Clone Commander Cody Helmet – and is priced at £59.99 / $69.99 / €69.99 for 670 pieces. Based on its size relative to Rex and Cody, though, that price feels a little high – these are not big sets.
If you’re keen on picking up the Return of the Jedi set (which is available to pre-order now) and want to feel a little better about parting with your cash, you can take solace in the fact that those 670 pieces are still cheaper than buying a single Boushh minifigure on the aftermarket.
Princess Leia in her bounty hunter disguise was originally released in 9516 Jabba’s Palace – and remains exclusive to that 2012 set. The character’s unique torso, legs and helmet mean she’s incredibly sought-after by collectors, and like many LEGO Star Wars minifigures, now costs a small fortune on BrickLink.
Case in point: Boushh minifigures in new condition currently start from €74.95, or roughly £66, which is more expensive than a brand new copy of 75351 Princess Leia (Boushh) Helmet. The cheapest examples available in the UK right now start at £85 and climb as high as £120, while used minifigures in the UK are still a lofty £75+.

That means if you want to display the character alongside the helmet (the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection famously excludes minifigures), you’re going to need to pay over the odds to do so – provided Princess Leia’s Boushh disguise doesn’t make a comeback in the LEGO Star Wars 2023 minifigure line-up, which at this point is very much still a possibility.
This year does mark the 40th anniversary of Return of the Jedi, after all…

Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
