Fresh LEGO rumours appear across LEGO Harry Potter, Disney, and more
Now that the dust has settled from April Fools’ Day, here’s a fresh flurry of LEGO rumours for the summer of 2025 and beyond.
Across LEGO Harry Potter and Disney, as well as some intriguingly mysterious set names, there are a number of new LEGO sets rumoured for the second half of 2025. The majority of this information comes from Brick Tap, with some extra details courtesy of Instagram user jjpsleaksite. We’ve broken down everything you need to know by theme below.
LEGO exclusives
There’s not a lot of information to go on when it comes to a duo of rumoured sets, 40805 Arcade Machine and 40814 Baby Elephant in the Sky. The latter is expected to be 18+ and that’s likely not its final name. It sounds like it could be based on Dumbo, but would then presumably be in the Disney theme, which doesn’t match with the set number.
Both sets could feasibly be LEGO BrickHeadz, judging from the set number, but none of the rumour reports refer to them as such, so we’ll keep them separate for now. Plus, it seems like it would be tricky to create a BrickHeadz out of a set with the name 40805 Arcade Machine, but never say never.

LEGO Harry Potter
Next up, we’re heading to the Wizarding World with 76458 Thestral Family, reported by jjpsleaksite to retail for $69.99 for its 548 pieces and due for release on June 1, 2025. This LEGO Harry Potter set is thought to be a retailer exclusive but not direct-to-consumer and will presumably feature a brick-built Thestral or two, perhaps in a similar style to 76427 Buckbeak.

LEGO Disney
LEGO Disney is rumoured to welcome 43277 Cruella De Vil’s Car, said to have 378 pieces and come out in September of this year. If the set name is anything to go by, we can likely expect a black and white car in keeping with Cruella’s signature colour scheme.

LEGO BrickHeadz
No less than five LEGO BrickHeadz are currently rumoured. 40791 Goblet of Fire, with a hefty piece count of 671 pieces, will presumably feature multiple characters from the fourth Harry Potter movie. It’s joined by another LEGO Harry Potter BrickHeadz rumour, with 40802 Luna and Thestral also said to come out in September.
Wicked-themed 40794 Glinda and Elphaba and Stranger Things’ 40801 Lucas, Mike, Will, and Dustin are fairly self-explanatory, said to come out in September and October of this year respectively.
Last but not least, 40884 Raven and Drift suggests we can expect BrickHeadz based on the two Fortnite characters, rumoured to be coming out in October 2025.
