LEGO slashes prices on 2022 Star Wars, Ideas and ICONS sets, alongside double VIP points

The LEGO Group has slashed prices on brand new Star Wars, Ideas, LEGO ICONS sets and more – and it all stacks with double VIP points and this month’s gifts-with-purchase.

The sale section at LEGO.com now includes a surprising mix of new-for-2022 releases, such as 10302 Optimus Prime, 21332 The Globe and 75323 The Justifier. You’ll find a cool 20% off all those sets and many more in the UK, while in the US the LEGO Group has knocked 20% off products including 21331 Sonic the Hedgehog – Green Hill Zone, 40516 Everyone is Awesome and 75328 The Mandalorian Helmet.

These are rare discounts at LEGO.com, and best of all they stack with the rest of the online store’s current offers. At the time of writing, those include double VIP points worldwide, 40566 Ray the Castaway free with orders above £120 / $120 / €120, a NINJAGO mech polybag with NINJAGO orders over £40 / $40 / €40, and – in the UK and Europe – 40484 Santa’s Front Yard with purchases of at least £170 / €170.

If you buy £170 / €170 of LEGO in the UK or Europe, with at least £40 / €40 of that including NINJAGO products, you’ll therefore walk away with three free gifts and £17 / €17 in VIP points at the moment. Factor in this new sale, and it’s difficult to remember a better time to buy from LEGO.com in recent memory. The current double VIP points event runs until October 16.

Here’s a few highlights of the latest LEGO online sale in the UK and US, which also includes retiring products like 76238 Classic TV Series Batman Cowl and 80108 Lunar New Year Traditions. Click through to LEGO.com to check out the full sale.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.

It’s not a sale. Its just resetting the prices to what they were a month ago prior to the greedy price hikes.
