LEGO socks will help fans pick up dropped bricks

A new invention has been devised so that rather than having to bend over,  fans and parents will be able to pick up elements by wearing special LEGO socks

Instagram inventor extraordinaire @unnecessaryinventions has unveiled his latest project, LEGO socks.

He explains the concept: “Can anyone tell me why stepping on a LEGO is the worst pain in the world? Well time to say adios to that excruciating experience when you slip on these comfortable socks. Each pair features a flexible sole with a geometric hole pattern to simply pick up each brick without harm.”

For those who are not yet convinced of the utility of the socks, @unnecessaryinventions has shared a video revealing how he made the footwear…

“Why not have a pair of socks that have a LEGO board on the bottom of your foot?” he asks. “If stepping on a LEGO is a common occurence for you, there is only once choice, to wear them 24-7.”

It is reminiscent of the LEGO slippers that were revealed a few years ago, although they only protected the feet rather than also picking up the bricks.
