LEGO Star Wars 2025 may see the return of rare Clone Troopers
Rare Clone Trooper minifigures may be returning next year, if the most recent LEGO Star Wars set rumours for 2025 are anything to go by.
Next year is shaping up to be packed with confirmed and potential LEGO Star Wars sets, with everything from the latest iteration of the ARC-170 Starfighter to what could be a $1,000 Death Star.
The most recent rumours regarding possible LEGO Star Wars releases in 2025 include 75431 327th Star Corps Battle Packs, which is said to be priced at $39.99 for 258 pieces. While that model has yet to be officially confirmed, first details regarding the build might still be enough to get fans excited.
The main reason for that early anticipation would be that the rumoured 75431 327th Star Corps Battle Packs may see the return of minifigures we’ve not seen since 2008. The 327th Star Corps was led by Jedi General Aayla Secura and Clone Commander Bly, before Order 66 saw them turn on their lightsaber-wielding leader.
The last time the minifigures appeared was in 7655 Clone Troopers Battle Pack, a 42-piece set that also came with a standard Phase II Clone Trooper and a Clone Shock Trooper. While both minifigures have gone on to appear in more recent builds, we’ve yet to see an updated take on the humble yellow, black and white 327th Star Corps Clone Trooper.
In addition, a previous 327th Star Corps Clone Trooper with an orange cloth battalion pauldron last popped up in 2005’s 7261 Clone Turbo Tank, with that massive vehicle also rumoured to be returning next summer as the 349-piece 75414 Turbo Tank.
As usual, do treat all such LEGO Star Wars rumours with a large pinch of salt for now.
