First LEGO Star Wars 2026 rumours include AT-AT, Cobb Vanth and more
The first list of rumoured LEGO Star Wars 2026 sets has landed online, featuring midi-scale models, a Clone Trooper mech and Grogu galore.
While recent LEGO Star Wars January waves have been relatively light, we’re apparently looking at a bumper assortment in 2026, with at least 10 sets on the cards for the beginning of the year. That’s according to Max Baut (via Brick Clicker and Clay_Bricks), who says we can expect to see builds priced from $9.99 up to $99.99 in January.
Check out each of those one by one below, including rumoured set numbers, names, piece counts and prices. But remember to take all this info with a grain of salt for the time being…
75436 Mando & Grogu Speeder Bike
Price: $9.99 Pieces: 58 Release date: January 2026

Believe it or not, 75436 Mando & Grogu Speeder Bike is – on paper – the cheapest regular LEGO Star Wars playset we’ve seen since 2008. The only sets we’ve seen at $9.99 since then have been Microfighters and Planets, so you have to go all the way back to the second round of battle packs to find one at this price.
It should be an affordable way to pick up the two main characters from the upcoming The Mandalorian & Grogu movie, who will no doubt be plentiful across the 2026 range anyway.
75437 Cobb Vanth’s Speeder
Price: $29.99 Pieces: 207 Release date: January 2026

Further details on 75437 Cobb Vanth’s Speeder – including the product name and piece count – come from Instagram user get.cooped, but Max Baut originally reported the name as ‘Cad Bane vs. Cobb Vanth’, so it’s fair to assume we could see both characters included. That may position this as a Book of Boba Fett-adjacent set, which would be an unusual choice so far out from that show, but LEGO Star Wars has never been the most timely theme.
75440 Midi-scale AT-AT
Price: $59.99 Pieces: TBC Release date: January 2026

Following on from this year’s three midi-scale sets are reportedly at least two more in January, starting with 75440 Midi-scale AT-AT. This would be the range’s first ground-based vehicle, so it’ll be interesting to see whether the LEGO Star Wars team has it standing alone or places it on brick-built terrain. At only $60, the former sounds more likely than the latter…
75441 Midi-scale Venator
Price: $79.99 Pieces: 643 Release date: January 2026

Next up in the Starship Collection (which may need renaming to accommodate an AT-AT, by the way) is 75441 Midi-scale Venator, a set few of us expected to see so hot on the heels of another Republic cruiser in this year’s 75404 Acclamator-class Assault Ship. Still, you can hold fire on all those potential alternate builds now…
75443 Buildable Grogu
Price: $19.99 Pieces: TBC Release date: January 2026

We’ve had first buildable Grogu yes, but what about second buildable Grogu? Alright, yeah, we’ve had that too. But both of those sets were pricey display models, while 75443 Buildable Grogu is said to be a $20 4+ set targeted at younger builders. We’re expecting something closer in scale to Harry Potter’s cheaper buildable characters, such as 2024’s 76425 Hedwig at 4 Privet Drive.
75448 Shocktrooper Mech
Price: $14.99 Pieces: 151 Release date: January 2026

Good news: we’re rumoured to be getting our first Clone Trooper mech. Bad news: it’s with a variant that’s already readily-available in 75372 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack. 75448 Shocktrooper Mech will presumably include a single Coruscant Guard Clone Trooper (although we’re purely speculating there based on current LEGO Star Wars mechs), offering another way to bolster your forces of these red-tinted troops.
75449 Siege of Mandalore Battle Pack
Price: $19.99 Pieces: 116 Release date: January 2026

The sky-high price of this summer’s 75431 327th Star Corps Clone Troopers Battle Pack is apparently not the new norm, as January’s 75449 Siege of Mandalore Battle Pack will reportedly retail for $19.99. That puts it in the same ballpark as this summer’s 75412 Death Trooper & Night Trooper Battle Pack, so expect any builds to be relatively puny.
75452 Buildable BB-8
Price: $89.99 Pieces: 569 Release date: January 2026

It was probably only a matter of time before everyone’s favourite ball droid joined the current roster of buildable characters, but the price of 75452 Buildable BB-8 sounds especially tough to swallow given the lacklustre piece count reported here. We’re anticipating a much smaller build than 2017’s 75187 BB-8 to better scale with 75379 R2-D2, 75398 C-3PO and so on.
75421 and 75423
There’s nothing more to go on than prices for these two sets so far, but 75421 is said to come in at $69.99, while 75423 is rumoured to retail for $99.99. That would make the latter the most expensive set of the January 2026 range.
