LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity to receive wide release in 2025
A LEGO Star Wars book that launched this year to celebrate 25 years of the theme will be getting a wider release in 2025, complete with new slipcase.
LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity launched this summer, with the 312-page hardcover coffee table book priced at £129.99 / $149.99 / €149.99. Authored by former Brick Fanatics editor Graham E. Hancock, the title tells ‘the inside story’ of the theme over the past 25 years and includes a unique time capsule of collectibles.
Until now LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity has only been available exclusively from LEGO.com and in stores, but that’s all due to change in 2025. Publisher AMEET has now revealed its line-up of forthcoming licensed LEGO titles for next year, one of which is a trade edition of Graham’s book in a slightly tweaked format, but with less goodies.
The current listing on LEGO.com already mentions that copies of LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity purchased from the site include the time capsule collectibles as being exclusive to that version, alongside its own slipcase packaging.
While the existing book is certainly tempting for fans with deep pockets, the wider release in March 2025 drops those extras for a new slipcase with Millennium Falcon image, which might be mean the title could also arrive at a much-more affordable price point.
In addition, the trade edition of LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity slightly tweaks the front cover of the book, by repositioning the Star Destroyer image, but other than that the look and content of the title should remain the same.
Those fans who have been holding off on picking up LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity due to its high cost can now reconsider adding the book to their collections, assuming that missing out on the time capsule collectibles isn’t too big a deal. AMEET’s trade edition should also be available from all of the usual book retailers, although there are no listings just yet.
There’s also no word at this stage regarding a specific price or release date for LEGO Star Wars: The Force of Creativity, but we’ll let you know as soon as we have more information.
