The first image of a new LEGO Wicked polybag – complete with a unique printed tile – has surfaced on the website of a US cinema chain.
AMC Theatres is giving away the polybag to those who buy tickets to early screenings of the new musical movie on November 20. While the image is covering up the product name and number, the polybag includes small buildable versions of Elphaba’s trans-green bottle and Glinda’s pink flower, situated on a black display base with a printed ‘Wicked’ rounded tile.
It’s a cute little promo for the brand-new-for-2024 theme, and surprisingly doesn’t include any mini-dolls (while other mini-doll themes, such as Friends and Disney, generally include characters in their polybags). There’s no word yet though on when and where you’ll be able to get your hands on this outside AMC Theatres. Presumably you will be able to though, because otherwise this would be one of the rarest polybags in recent memory…

The full range of LEGO Wicked sets is available now at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores, while its corresponding movie arrives in cinemas on November 22. It’s the first of a two-part saga that adapts the stage musical of the same name, which is itself based on the 1995 novel of the same name. It’s Wicked all the way down.
