MAR10 Day to feature LEGO Super Mario YouTube Premiere and ‘big reveal’

Next week sees the arrival of MAR10 Day 2023 and fans can expect plenty of plumber-based activities, including a LEGO Super Mario ‘big reveal.’

Nintendo’s moustachioed mascot will be celebrating in style next week, with MAR10 Day 2023 kicking off a month’s worth of fun and games, leading up to the debut of the Super Mario Bros. Movie on April 7. The company has announced a whole host of special events and promotions, from discounts on select video games to the long-awaited opening of Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood.

The LEGO Group got involved in last year’s festivities, offering up a number of free gifts, VIP rewards and LEGO Super Mario bundles and something similar will be taking place around the 2023 celebrations. Nintendo’s official MAR10 Day site includes a listing for a LEGO Super Mario event on March 10, with what could include some exciting surprise announcements.

Tune in to the LEGO YouTube channel at 4pm GMT / 11am EST / 5pm CET on the day and you’ll get to watch a LEGO Super Mario YouTube Premiere, featuring exclusive content and a ‘big reveal’ from host, Jack Gardner. There’s no word yet on exactly what may be revealed on the day, although recent rumours suggest that six potential LEGO Super Mario models might be on their way this summer, with a fourth 18+ build possibly arriving in the second half of the year.

That remains pure speculation for now until the LEGO Group confirms their existence. We’ll have full details of any major announcements around MAR10 Day 2023 when the event kicks off next week.
