More LEGO The Lord of the Rings has people excited

The LEGO The Lord of the Rings teaser shared earlier today has people excited for more of the franchise beyond three BrickHeadz sets.

With a teaser featuring a familiar ring and an interesting reflection as well as a promise of more news soon, it seems to be an exciting time to be a LEGO The Lord of the Rings fan.  Following the initial teaser earlier today, the online community is certainly interested and speculating about what could be coming.

Embracing a familiar The Lord of the Rings meme with a trophy icon from the LEGO The Lord of the Rings game, Shannon92 notes that there are plenty of locations yet to be covered in the official LEGO sets based on the franchise.

Over on Reddit responding to a post sharing the teaser with the community, Opportunity No4484 writes “What film(s) should I watch as I build this?”

There’s a clear answer to that question but provided the teased item is a large enough build, you might be able to fit in all 11 hours and 21 minutes of the extended editions of The Lord of the Rings movies.

AllenAfol on Twitter decided to recreate the teaser with a slightly different ring, one of rubber instead of metal, or plastic in both cases. Either way, it’s a creative way to pass the time until we find out what this is teasing.

Official confirmation of what is being teased has yet to arrive, but the LEGO Group’s social media team has teased more information tomorrow, February 7, 2023. In the meantime, all three LEGO The Lord of the Rings BrickHeadz are available now including the first brick-built Balrog.
