The LEGO Group's Play is Your Superpower campaign has revealed a second new brick that would be perfect for a specific NINJAGO character.
A new banner image for the Play is Your Superpower campaign has revealed another new element that could be coming in the future and would be ideal for NINJAGO. Previously, a minifigure wig was spotted as part of one of the campaign's main characters with every other piece in the promotional material being a real element.
Now, one of the other main minifigures can be seen wearing a shell that attaches via the neck in a second piece of promotional material on LEGO.com.
Grab-Barg, a bipedal snail character who appears in the third episode of NINJAGO Dragons Rising Season 1 has a shell that looks exactly like the element depicted in the banner. This piece would be perfect to recreate him or other characters of his species that have surfaced in the new NINJAGO Dragons Rising series.
As noted in our previous report, every other element in the image exists in real life, whether from LEGO City or VIDIYO or other specific themes. It would be odd for the Play is Your Superpower campaign to create two entirely new elements, suggesting that this may be a look into the future of minifigures and NINJAGO alike.
