Pre-orders available now for LEGO City space set

LEGO City 60439 Space Science Lab has now appeared online in the LEGO shop, confirming global prices and kicking off pre-orders.

Following an early reveal from an Australian LEGO Certified Store, 60439 Space Science Lab is now officially live at LEGO.com, offering a better look at the LEGO City space-themed set thanks to a full gallery of images. The listing also confirms the international prices, showing that 60439 Space Science Lab will be available to buy for £34.99 in the UK, $34.99 in the US, and €39.99 in Europe.

The set includes a dome that swings open to allow full access to the interior, as well as an outside lab section for its minifigure to run his experiments from. The minifigures in question include two adult space crew, one sitting in a wheelchair – meaning the entire brick-built lab is also fully wheelchair-accessible. The crew is joined by a tiny alien, made up from a small creature body, as first seen in the LEGO DREAMZzz sets in varying colours.
