Heading on over to the LEGO Art landing page for the set will reveal an inspiration gallery filled with three alternate models, one for Hedwig, the magical train station signage and the Golden Snitch.
Each one uses a single copy of the model, so you’ll need to take apart your current version or buy a new copy if you plan on pursuing these designs. Hedwig features the owl’s stoic look pictured in front of a multicoloured backdrop stretched across nine of the square frame bricks.
The platform nine and three quarters build is comparatively simple in its design with the iconic sign pictured on a red background – but maybe the simplistic model will be the perfect addition to your Harry Potter room.
The Golden Snitch alternate decal is very similar to Hedwig with the Quidditch equipment pictured on a colourful background and using nine squares too, unlike the train station sign which only utilises four of the square pieces.
You can find a link to each of the instructions in the paragraphs above, and it’s good to know that the LEGO Group is looking to inspire builders once they’ve finished the main model. Hopefully, there are more of these alternate instructions to follow but we’ll keep you updated if there are.
