Returning LEGO GWP available now worldwide on select LEGO purchases

Select LEGO orders from official LEGO stores will earn you a returning gift-with-purchase in the form of 40685 Water Park for a limited time only.

Available seemingly worldwide, 40685 Water Park has made its return, available on purchases of LEGO City, Friends, DREAMZzz, and NINJAGO over £90 / $100 / €100 until June 7, or while stocks last. That contradicts a rumour reported yesterday via Instagram userbrick_clicker, where it was expected that this GWP would only be available in the UK and Europe.

40685 Water Park is made up of 132 pieces and features a tower, snack area and a barrel that releases water elements, making it a pretty substantial GWP, especially for a child-centric range of themes. Sets like LEGO Friends 42639 Andrea’s Modern Mansion and 42631 Adventure Camp Tree House will instantly get you over the threshold, but you can also stack purchases, so long as they’re all from the qualifying themes.

It’s worth noting that pre-orders from those themes will also help qualify you for the spending threshold, so if there are any sets about to launch on June 1, this could be a good way of getting over the line. That might include LEGO NINJAGO 71822 Source Dragon of Motion or August release LEGO DREAMZzz 71486 Castle Nocturnia. If you only pre-order sets, your GWP likely won’t ship until those sets do.

brick_clicker also reported that a second GWP would become available from today in the original rumour, 40683 Flower Trellis Display, but there’s no sign of it in any region just yet. That doesn’t mean it couldn’t still be on the way, however, although we won’t know for sure until we get official confirmation from the LEGO Group.
