Check out 10325 Alpine Lodge next to recent LEGO Winter Village sets
See how LEGO Icons 10325 Alpine Lodge looks next to its predecessors from the LEGO Winter Village collection.
10325 Alpine Lodge brings something new to the LEGO Winter Village collection, offering a fresh architecture style straight out of the European Alps. The latest festive build is not an enclosed building, but rather a facade with an open back revealing the cosy interior of the wintry hotel inside, much like those that have come before it. Still, it does feature all the usual trappings of a Winter Village build, from the snow-capped rooves to the red and green decor. With that in mind, how does it compare when stood next to other sets from the sub-theme?
LEGO fans who collect Winter Village sets will likely want to create a festive display out of their sets, so seeing how 10325 Alpine Lodge looks alongside its predecessors is a must. Here’s how it compares when stood next to both 2022’s 10308 Holiday Main Street and 2021’s 10293 Santa’s Visit.
10325 Alpine Lodge certainly adds a fresh colour scheme to the line-up, with the warm browns standing out from the rather muted 10308 Holiday Main Street and the bright blue of 10293 Santa’s Visit. However, there are also enough similarities to unite the trio, with neatly-arranged snow drifts on the roof and, of course, green and red Christmas decorations both inside and out.
One discrepancy is the different styles of trees between the three sets. Each one has its own Christmas tree but each is also built in a slightly different way, so looking closely will reveal these are three separate sets, rather than one unified festive display. All in all, however, the three models look pretty cute together, with enough mini-builds to link them all up on a shelf, if you wanted to dedicate a whole area to brick-built festive fun.
LEGO Icons 10325 Alpine Lodge will be available to buy from October 1 for LEGO Insiders and October 4 for everyone else, selling for £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99.
