Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 begins today

Din Djarin and Baby Yoda are back, as Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 arrives on Disney+.

It’s time to return to the galaxy far, far away as Disney+ launches Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2. With 2020 marking the first year since Disney aquired Star Wars without a new movie, it’s the only new live action Star Wars for fans this year.

Little is known about the plot of the new season, although there hints in the finale last year. The Mandalorian was tasked with reuniting the Child with its kind – the Jedi – while Moff Gideon revealed that he is in posession of the legendary Dark Saber.

This time around, there are several LEGO Star Wars sets inspired by the series available to collectors. 75292 The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transort is the main event when it comes to minifigure scale models, while 75318 The Child is released today, offering the diminuitive character as a statue. For those looking for something smaller, there’s also BrickHeadz 75317 The Mandalorian and The Child.

New episodes of the series will stream every Friday on Disney+.
