The LEGO Movie 2 build events coming to Toys R Us Canada

Toys R Us Canada is hosting a series of in-store build events to tie in with the upcoming release of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part.

Budding builders in Canada will want to check out the various events going in at Toys R Us stores for The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part.


On Saturday, January 19, children can build their own scene from The LEGO Movie 2 and take home a free poster. It takes place from 11.00am until 1.00pm and is limited to 100 participants.


On Saturday, January 26, little guests can build their own LEGO DUPLO alien and take it home. This event requires advance registration – potential attendees must be signed up to the R Club at the event website by January 20. It takes place from 11.00am until 1.00pm and is limited to 50 participants.

On Saturday, February 2, attendees can use bricks to build an original LEGO character and take it home. It takes place from 11.00am until 1.00pm.


On Saturday, February 9, a special make-and-take build allows children to build Emmet’s House or his Rescue Rocket. The 2 in 1 model is built in–store and can then be taken away. It takes place from 11.00am until 1.00pm and is limited to 200 participants.
