With an estimated budget of $100 million plus significant marketing costs, The LEGO Movie 2 stands a good chance of breaking even, making it a disappointment for Warner Bros. but not a complete flop. With no fifth LEGO film in production, it is an opportunity for the studio to reassess what to do with the series.

Trisha Gum recently talked about her role as co-director in great detail, discussing the digital parts library that was available to the animators and the tricky task of making mini-dolls movie.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part is in cinemas now.
