Time is running out for LEGO delivery before Christmas

European LEGO shoppers have just over 24 hours left to guarantee delivery from the LEGO Group before Christmas.

According to the UK LEGO website, the LEGO Group is urging British customers to order before 10.59pm on December for standard delivery that’s guaranteed before Christmas. With a combination of increased orders and delivery delays across the country, this is much earlier than last year’s deadline of December 20.

There are similar warnings for other European countries, with five additional days added to the standard delivery times. Coupled with delivery timelines of between two and four days, this is cutting it close for LEGO orders to arrive before Christmas, so it might be a good idea to make any holiday purchases as soon as possible.

As we’re currently receiving lots of LEGO orders, our deliveries are taking five working days longer than usual,” reads a statement from the LEGO Group. “We’re working hard to get your items sent out as quickly as possible, but you might find that your order status remains as “In warehouse” for longer. Please check your order status for updates.”

Customers in the United States have a bit longer to make any Christmas present orders, with the LEGO Group recommending ordering before 12pm EST on December 19 to guarantee delivery before the big day on December 25.
